    • The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E. 
    • Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED are accepted for payment. 
    • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm booking for all orders. 
    • If any customization is requested after order processing has begun, it will be subject to additional charges depending on scope and type of modification. 
    • We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. 
    • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules. 
    • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

Payment Policy

Advance Deposit

To confirm any order, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required. This deposit secures your booking in our production schedule and covers initial material and setup costs.

Balance Payment

The remaining 50% balance is due 24 hours prior to final delivery or collection. We will issue a payment reminder one week before the delivery date. If the balance is not received by the agreed-upon date, Urban Wears reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel the order.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard, as well as bank transfers and other payment methods displayed at checkout for your convenience. Payment instructions, such as account details or secure payment links, will be included in your invoice.

Order Changes & Additional Charges

Any customization requests or modifications made after order processing has begun may incur additional fees. These fees will be calculated based on the scope of work, material costs, and any expedited handling required. We will provide you with a written quote for approval before proceeding.

Late Payment & Cancellation

If the balance remains unpaid seven days after the due date, a late-payment fee of 2% per week on the outstanding amount will apply.

Orders may be canceled by either party; however, the initial 50% deposit remains non-refundable. If you cancel after the final balance has been paid, any refunds will be at our discretion and may be subject to a 20% processing fee.

Refunds & Credits

Except where required by law, refunds or credits for deposits or paid balances are not available for custom or personalized orders once production has commenced. Standard merchandise (non-custom) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.

Invoice & Record Keeping

You will receive a detailed invoice for each payment. Please retain copies of all transaction records for your reference and reconciliation.

Dispute Resolution

Any payment disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues promptly.

1. User-Provided Artwork and Images

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use, copy, and distribute any copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, artwork, image, or other intellectual property submitted to Urban Wears for reproduction or customization. You agree to indemnify and hold Urban Wears and its affiliates harmless from any claims resulting from your breach of this warranty, including legal costs.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe on any third-party rights. We do not accept responsibility for any misuse, infringement, or unauthorized usage of logos or materials. Urban Wears reserves the right to refuse to produce materials deemed unlawful, vulgar, defamatory, or infringing.

2. Accuracy of Colours

We strive to display product colours and graphics as accurately as possible. However, the colours you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately reflect the actual product. Urban Wears is not liable for any colour variations.

3. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information such as your name, address, and email will not be shared, sold, or used outside Urban Wears without your consent. We do not trade or disclose your information to third parties.

4. Security

Urban Wears uses SSL encryption (128-bit) to protect your personal information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring your device supports secure transactions. You must be over 18 years old to place an order. Users under 18 must have parental consent and supervision.

5. Legal Compliance
